Carol Frohlinger works with major companies to translate business strategy into behaviors people use in the workplace. She speaks internationally, consults on management practices, and designs training interventions on topics including negotiation, leadership, team building, sales, and sales management.

Frohlinger is a former sales executive, banker, and practicing attorney. Her advice has been featured by NPR, Martha Stewart Living Radio, CBS MoneyWatch, Newsday, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and the New York Times, among other main-mainstream media. Frohlinger also contributes articles to professional and association journals including WomenLegal and ALM’s MarketingThe the Law Firm.®

Frohlinger’s latest book, co-coauthored with Dr. Lois Frankel, is Nice Girls Just Don’t Get It: 99 Ways to Win the Respect You Deserve, the Success You’ve Earned and the Life You Want. It will be published by Crown Archetype, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group in 2011.

She holds a B.A. from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Frohlinger lives in New York City with her husband and is the proud parent of a daughter and son.
